- Additional persons (adult / child) - extra 30 per person per night.
- Children under 2 in own cot are free of charge. Cot hire is available for $30 per stay.
- Upgraded Air Conditioned apartment available - extra $10 per night
- A surcharge applies over school holidays and special events:
     Easter - extra $50 per unit per night.
     June/July - no surcharge.
     Sept/Oct - extra $50 per unit per night.
     Christmas (12 Dec - 20 Dec) - extra $50 per unit per night.
                         (21 Dec - 10 Jan) - extra $100 per unit per night.
                         (11 Jan - 25 Jan) - extra $50 per unit per night.
