     Easter (10 Apr - 20 Apr) - extra $50 per unit per night.
     June/July - no surcharge.
     Sept/Oct (19 Sept - 11 Oct) - extra $70 per unit per night.
     Indy Week - extra $150 per unit per night (4 night minimum).
     Christmas (1 Dec - 24 Dec) - no surcharge.
                         (25 Dec - 10 Jan) - extra $130 per unit per night (7 night minimum).
                         (10 Jan - 20 Jan) - extra $70 per unit per night.
                         (21 Jan - 31 Jan) - no surcharge.
