- Children under 2 years in own cot are free of charge. Cot hire is available.
- A surcharge applies over school holidays and special events:
     Easter (10 Apr - 20 Apr) - extra $50 per unit per night.
     June/July (28 June - 19 July) - no surcharge.
     Sept/Oct (20 Sept - 11 Oct) - extra $50 per unit per night.
     Indy week - extra $750 per unit per night (5 day minimum).
     Christmas (1 Dec - 15 Dec) - no surcharge.
